What is the Verified badge?
The Verified badge ($14.99/month or $149.99/year) indicates a paid subscription tier. For mentors, it unlocks unlimited courses and groups. For students, it provides priority support.
How does the revenue share work for mentors?
When a mentor sells a course, they keep 80% of the revenue and FOREXLAMB retains 20% for platform fees. Earnings are available for withdrawal after a 14-day holding period.
How do referral commissions work?
Users receive a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and makes a purchase, you earn 10% of their purchase amount.
What is your refund policy?
Course refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your reason. Subscription refunds are available if you cancel within the first 3 days.
Is my payment information secure?
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
