By accessing or using FOREXLAMB ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FOREXLAMB is an educational platform that allows users to access trading education content, connect with mentors, and use various tools and resources. We are an educational platform only and do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

6. Educational Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All content on this Platform is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not treat any content as such.

Content provided by mentors represents their personal views and educational materials. FOREXLAMB does not verify the accuracy of trading strategies, performance claims, or educational content provided by mentors.

7. Mentor Terms

  • Mentors retain ownership of their content but grant FOREXLAMB a license to distribute it on the Platform
  • Mentors receive 80% of course sales revenue; FOREXLAMB retains 20%
  • Mentor earnings are subject to a 14-day holding period before withdrawal
  • Mentors must not provide financial advice or make guarantees about trading results
  • Mentors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Course refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
  • Subscription refunds are available within the first 3 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FOREXLAMB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Links to brokers, prop firms, or other services are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREXLAMB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Trading losses
  • Business interruption

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
